Once built, the site will generate a mix of new high quality employment space, including space for small to medium sized enterprises

The site will deliver 45 acres of new employment space across a range of difference uses in addition to 15 acres of greenspace, amenity land and retained and enhanced landscaping.

Additional uses which complement the main employment use, could include small scale retail/food & drink, and roadside uses.

This engagement website has been established to provide the community with up-to-date information on the progress of the plans, details on current and upcoming planning applications and construction work as the project is realised. Our objective is for timely and effective communication.
