Applications open for the Community Fund until 7th March 2025

Community Support and Project Funds

We recognise that businesses have an important role to play in supporting local communities. Our projects can serve as a force for good—whether by providing capital to launch new community initiatives, sustaining existing ones, or contributing our time, energy, and expertise.

Our project community funds play a key role in helping us create positive change and a lasting legacy. To ensure financial support is distributed fairly and effectively, we partner with an established Community Foundation that brings expertise in identifying and supporting grassroots organisations providing invaluable services to their communities.

Towcester Park Community Fund

As part of the Towcester Park development, IM Properties have established a project-specific community fund.

Our financial contributions are guided by broad criteria that prioritise projects which:

  • Promote positive change by supporting improvements in health, well-being, inclusion, and diversity.
  • Foster community cohesion by tackling social isolation and raising aspirations for local people.
  • Encourage sustainability by raising awareness of sustainable behaviours and enhancing the natural environment.

We are committed to actively engaging with grant recipients, not only to raise awareness of their work but also to explore long-term partnerships where our values and ethos align. Where possible, we will look for opportunities to extend our support beyond financial contributions, offering time, expertise, and other resources.

Launch and Administration

The Towcester Park Community Fund is accepting applications until 7th March 2025. The fund will be overseen and administered by the Northamptonshire Community Foundation. As the leading independent grant-making charity in the county, the foundation plays a vital role in managing philanthropy and supporting local initiatives.

The fund is to support community projects in Towcester, Tiffield, Greens Norton and Easton Neston. Eligible organisations can apply for grants between £2000 and £5000. Two panels managed by Northamptonshire Community Foundation will meet in April and September to allocate the £100,000 community fund.
