IM Properties is committed to being a good neighbour and engaging in a timely and effective manner with local community representatives. We expect the same standards from our supply chain when they are acting on our behalf and undertaking work that might impact the local community.

As part of our commitment to effective communication, we propose establishing a Community Liaison Group (CLG) to provide information and updates on current development proposals and operations at Towcester Park.

The CLG will aim to:

•Communicate updates on the detailed proposals for the site.

•Better understand the views of local communities and facilitate dialogue.

•Provide a forum for contributions from third parties on issues and activities related to the project.

•Ensure there is a mechanism to address any comments and concerns raised by the CLG.

Meetings will encourage discussion and allow members to raise issues with IM Properties and its supply chain, as appropriate.

We anticipate that membership will include representatives of local parish councils, local interest groups, and key stakeholders. While information related to the group’s activities (including presentations and minutes) will be available on this site, CLG members will also be expected to share key updates with the wider community.

Any platform established for communication during the planning and construction stages of the project could also serve as a long-term forum for discussions between the community and site occupiers regarding their operations and any opportunities arising from their activities.
